Patricia Garcia,
CEO & Financial Adviser

Patricia has been working with clients to achieve their financial dreams since 2012 and has owned Your Vision Financial Solutions since December 2016.

Her qualifications are extensive. Since graduating from university, Patricia has completed the Diploma of Financial Planning, the Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and the Certified Financial Planner ® designation.

  • Patricia is well regarded in the financial advice industry by her colleagues, peers and of course – by her clients. She was a board member of the Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) for 4 years and most recently appointed as a board member for the merged Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA).

    Patricia has received many industry accolades and awards. She won one of the most esteemed awards in the industry in 2017 - the ‘Financial Planning Association AFP Financial Planner of the Year’ award. Some of her most recent successes include being a finalist for ‘Fortnum's Adviser of the Year’ award in 2022 and 2021 and being awarded one of the ‘50 Most Influential Advisers‘‘ in 2022.

    Outside of the office, you’ll find Patricia travelling to unique and interesting places, hosting dinner parties or tasting the latest exotic beer.

Matt Besley-Martin,
Advice Associate

Matt has a background in accounting and decided to move into a role in financial advice in 2017 so that he could take a more holistic approach to helping clients manage their finances. He believes that one’s relationship with their money impacts life satisfaction, personal goals, relationships and identity. Matt works with the team to help clients to consider all of these factors to develop comprehensive and integrated financial plans to help them meet their personal and financial goals.

  • In his spare time, Matt loves to go camping with his young family, travelling to the national parks around Queensland and northern New South Wales.

    His qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.

Steven Bott,
Advice Manager

Having been in the industry since 2008, Steven draws on a number of experiences including being a business owner and an Adviser for over 10 years. Acting as Advice Manager his role is to ensure the Advisers in the business can spend more of their time with clients. His educational background includes Undergraduate Qualifications in Business and Commercial law, a Post Graduate Honours and an MBA.

  • Steve also believes in the empowerment and education of clients so they have the knowledge and tools to one day manage their own wealth. “Australia has perhaps the best Superannuation system in the world, and therefore it is vital everyone utilises it well, and takes care of every cent - either themselves or in partnership with an Adviser” he states. On top of that, he has a young family so places a very high priority on life insurances – “Unfortunately I’ve seen too many instances of death or disability among young parents, where they have been underinsured. This has implications for life. A well thought out strategy can help to avoid this situation by providing funds to a family that might no longer have the ability to earn or save on their own”.

    Steven has 3 young children so can be found on the footy field, ballet class, or at the beach (or all) on the weekends.

Denise Petrusma,
Client Services & Operations Manager

With a Bachelor of Business with honours in Entrepreneurship, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and currently enrolled in the Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, Denise is passionate in helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals through tailored advice and strategic planning.

  • Denise has more than 15 years’ experience in Customer Service and enjoys liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis creating exceptional and lasting relationships.

    In her free time, Denise enjoys travelling, learning new languages and explore new cultures. She has lived in Switzerland, France, and Morocco. She has visited all continents before she turned 30!

    Outside of the office, you’ll find Patricia travelling to unique and interesting places, hosting dinner parties or tasting the latest exotic beer.

Lovelyn Donaire,
Paraplanning Support

Lovelyn stands out as a driven professional with a fervent passion for learning and continuous skill enhancement.

In her role as a Paraplanning Support, Lovelyn's commitment to teamwork shines through. She collaborates seamlessly with our financial advisers, offering vital support throughout the financial planning journey.

  • From preparing client documentation and reports to scheduling meetings and managing client records, she ensures the backbone of our operations runs smoothly. This behind-the-scenes diligence empowers our advisers to deliver top-tier, holistic advice to our clientele.

    Beyond her professional realm, Lovelyn actively contributes to her community. She invests her time working with the youth through a non-government organization, making tangible differences in their lives. Not just that, Lovelyn also has a melodious gift; her singing brings warmth and happiness to those around her.

Grace Deiparine,
Client Services Officer

Grace possesses a remarkable ability to adapt, shining brightest in dynamic settings. Her passion isn't merely confined to her role; she perceives every challenge as an opportunity, a stepping stone towards personal and professional growth. With a solid foundation in Customer Service and the insights from her degree in Psychology, Grace not only understands clients' needs but also crafts strategies tailored for them.

Bella is our little Chief Happiness Officer (CHO). She has been with us since March 2019 and is an integral part of our team.  The CHO's role is to promote employee happiness, engagement, and overall well-being in the workplace.
