We were introduced to WB Financial by a work colleague in 2006.  Graham Meredith was then our financial planner.  We had been to another financial adviser who indicated to us that despite owning most of our home, there was no way we could move forward at that point other than to keep doing what we were doing which was adding to our Super.  We were both modest income earners with two children who were still in primary school.   

 Eventually we became dissatisfied with this non-advice and when we heard about WB Financial we went along for a chat and came on board.  We were a little concerned when Graham announced he was leaving but we need not have been.  In 2013 we were introduced to Patricia Garcia and we are very happy with the service she provides.  When we became ‘jittery’ due to stock market lows she reassured us and provided sound history for us to refer to and reminded us of our goals.

 Due to the excellent advice from Patricia we have been able to put our two children through private school and support them in their journey to professional careers and during life’s lows, which for us was a misdiagnosis of a terminal illness for one of our children.  We have also been able to help them toward home ownership, a lovely wedding and everything we felt was important while still being able to make financial progress toward retirement.  Due to the financial grounding we have with Your Vision Financial we were able to take time off work to assist our relative who had a stroke which resulted in an acquired brain injury.  We were able to take the time we needed to attend to his needs knowing our financial arrangements held us in good stead. 

 Patricia helps us to be realistic regarding our insurances and reminds us to monitor the levels at different stages of our lives.  She also reminds us to keep our affairs up to date.
